Provide administrative support to the nursing management team, including data capturing, handling correspondence, filing, answering calls, and diary/email management
Schedule and prepare for meetings, including minute-taking and organising logistics
Compile information and generate reports as required
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Assist in managing time and attendance
Perform other duties as needed and ensure adherence to company policy and procedures
Requirements
Grade 12
Proof of completion of N6 Qualification in Management Assistant
Computer literacy essential
Excellent communication skills
Friendly disposition and sound interpersonal skills with the ability to handle conflict situations
