Minimum Requirements

Organic Essentials: 

• Completed studies or currently in the final year of study
• B.Engineering / B.Sc Engineering/ BTech Engineering (Chemical)
• South African citizen or permanent resident
• Good academic results in your majors in 2nd and 3rd year
• Computer Literacy (MS Office, including Excel and Word) 

Duties & Responsibilities

The Lifecycle:    

• At the heart of our Management Trainee Programme lies authentic leadership. Our Chemical Engineering Graduates embark on a transformative 3-year journey, laying the groundwork for a purposeful career.
• We kickstart with hands-on experience in our Sugar manufacturing plants, empowering trainees to take charge of real projects. Alongside practical exposure, we prioritize personal growth, providing comprehensive training, mentorship, and structured plans.
• The Chemical Engineering Management Trainees who are successful in our programme will have the opportunity to rotate between different manufacturing plants and business sites to gain exposure and experience in Plant Maintenance, Projects, Sustainability, and more, and become registered as Professional Engineers. Successful incumbents must be willing to relocate.
