Manager: Application Development - Pretoria at Praesignis

• We are looking for a dedicated and strategic Manager: Application Development with 10 – 15 years ICT management experience to be accountable for a team that monitors, analyses, designs and develops our client's software applications.

Requirements:

• The manager will be in charge of developing new applications and maintaining, supporting, and upgrading existing systems and applications needed to keep the business running.
• You should have excellent software architecture, design, solution skills, communication, conflict management and leadership skills to be able to collaborate with Business, developers and system owners of software programs and applications.
• Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
• Software Solution skills
• Application architecture and design thinking
• Information Technology certifications such as ITIL
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Understanding, Business/System Analyst area of knowledge.
• Good understanding of SDLC conceptual model.
