    Manager, CEMEA Data Solutions

    Job Description

    Reporting to Regional lead, CEMEA Data Solutions , you will be an integral part of Visa’s Data Solutions team, helping address client needs with relevant and impactful Data VAS (Value Added Services) products and tools. You will provide critical support to deliver business KPIs focused on revenue and client engagement including driving key GTM programmes, client marketing and communication, business analytics, solution optimization, project management of new product launch initiatives and running internal/external stakeholder engagement/ account management programmes

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver centralised business support for key Data Solutions, which include Visa Analytics Platform (VAP) solution suite and other data insight driven applications clients in allignment with their needs.
    • Collaborate across our global and regional product, client facing, marketing and technology teams to anchor innovative programs and content that drive demand and expand Visa’s Data footprints.
    • Work closely with internal KSH to capture customer needs, pain points, and experiences to drive product marketing support and communications strategy for Data VAS
    • Project management of the implementation of best practices for building long-term strategic relationships with our customers. Identify ways to optimize each step in the customer lifecycle and drive client engagement through integrated solutioning
    • Build and enhance KPI dashboards to promote Data product/VAS engagement across the organization, and adjust operational processes to hit these new KPIs
    • Support the management of client contracts and billing/revenue tracking from the regional team

    You will be expected to apply an eye for quality and detail in accurately conveying the data value proposition across all modes of outbound communication and client engagement, as well as in analysing performance to extract business insights. You will regularly collaborate with product leads in other VAS solution verticals, client facing teams, marketing and client support to execute Go to market initiatives identified as priority. You will be responsible to assist client account teams with bridging client requests that require product expertise. You will also, when required provide assistance to sales and market teams to conduct successful client acquisition, provide account planning to achieve upsell/cross sell., anchor product concept testing through seamless project management and operational support.

    Qualifications

    Professional

    • Post Graduate qualification with a business, marketing, or other relevant degree
    • 6-8 years of product operations and sales/marketing support (sales engineering) for products including business intelligence software, data platforms, APIs and other data driven products

    Technical

    • Strong foundation of business analysis skills to support clients with data driven insights
    • Data analysis skills including knowledge of commonly used tools/techniques for analysis and visualization of data
    • Experience with designing outbound , targeted client communication to build product awareness and promote usage
    • Experience with directly communicating with clients to provide business led training
    • Technically competent and able to collaborate with developers to design product specs, and handle implementation and integration questions
    • Extremely competent with computer based programs including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, data management/visualisation related applications
    • Strong project management and execution skills

    Others

    • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
    • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, and experience with working on designing client collateral
    • Creative and innovative thinking, aptitude for problem solving
    • Self-starter with ability to build and manage programs from scratch
    • Quick learner with the ability to adapt and move quickly to accomplish goals
    • Experience at a SaaS company is preferred, but not required
    • Financial industry experience is a strong plus
