    Executive Secretary - Durban

    Job Purpose    

    • To provide a comprehensive administrative support to the Unit head (Catalytic Projects) office.

    This post reports to HEAD (CATALYTIC PROJECTS)

    Key Responsibility Areas    

    • Provide a secretarial function to the Unit Head (Catalytic Projects).

    Job Purpose

    Clerk Of Works - Durban

    Job Purpose    

    • Coordinates sequences associated with the Roads Provision Department, reading plans, contract documents, monitoring roads- works and drainage, and preparing reports/ sketches and necessary correspondence/ documentation (monthly payments and final accounts).

    Professional Technologist (Customer Services) - eThekwini

    Job Purpose    

    • To provide a customer service within the eThekwini Municipality area of responsibility by ensuring that the meter reading, revenue collection and technical functions are managed to ensure that nontechnical losses on the distribution network are kept to a minimum as well as financial viability of the organization. To provide a technical advice service to the eThekwini Electricity existing and new customers as well as to the electrical contracting industry/consultants. Act as a liaison on behalf of the customer between the various sections of eThekwini Electricity to ensure that the process for connections of supplies is not delayed and problems pertaining are resolved.
