Job Description    

• Forvis Mazars Corporate Finance is seeking a dynamic and driven Manager to join our high-performing and entrepreneurial team.

• As a Manager, you will be involved in all phases of the deal process from initial client engagement through to the final presentation of our deliverables.

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Prepare detailed valuation and financial models to support a variety of assignments, including business valuations, option valuations, and strategic financial planning.
• Produce initial drafts of client-facing reports and transaction documents for review by senior managers, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with Forvis Mazars’ standards.

Lead and support assignments such as:

• Business and option valuations
• Financial modelling
• Transaction advisory
• Financial due diligence engagements
• Review work for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with Forvis Mazars’ quality and regulatory standards.
• Ensure all relevant internal and external stakeholders are kept informed and engaged throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Manage client relationships by maintaining clear communication, delivering high-quality service, and identifying opportunities to add value.
• Supervise, mentor, and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Minimum Requirements    

• Honours (or equivalent degree) in Finance
• CA(SA) / Completed SAICA Articles
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience within a Corporate Finance environment
• Professional services experience desirable
