Manager, Credit Enablement & Governance

JOB DESCRIPTION
- This role is responsible to support the VAF Credit Design and Enablement Team in ensuring effective capabilities are developed and implemented to support the end-to-end VAF Credit value chain in achieving their portfolio objectives as well as ensuring all Non-Financial Risk (NFR) requirements are met.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications
- Any relevant bachelors degree (BSc, BCom, BEng etc)
Experience Required
- ± 2 years banking experience.
- Must have an excellent track record of cross-function project delivery
- Track record of project analysis, requirements generation, and timely delivery
- In depth knowledge of the credit lifecycle preferable (Origination, Account Management, Strategy & Analytics, MI, Collections & Recoveries)
