    Manager Culture Perf &Strategic Projects

    Job Description
    The focus for this role will be to:

    • Work closely with Head of Transformation and Organisational Effectiveness and Group, including CEO AAP touchpoints, to make defined policies and standards come alive in the context of AAP’s strategy and operating environment.
    • Design, manage and support strategic HR projects to improve people, processes, structures, measures, and accountabilities to achieve AAP strategy.
    • Customise and implement future of work and strategic workforce planning initiatives and ensure appropriate change management alongside culture and company-wide interventions.
    • Ensure quality execution through a hands-on approach to the design and delivery of org projects and actively foster and support the development of a high-performance working culture.
    • Partner with business and other HR departments to coordinate delivery of wholistic, considered solutions.
    • Challenge existing processes, programs and work in the light of OE in order to contribute to a highly effective working environment, incorporating ways of working, future of work, operating model, etc.
    • Plan, create solution and craft delivery of strategic projects influencing upwards

    This role is in the Human Resources department at a Band 5 level reporting to the Head of Transformation & Org Effectiveness.


    • NQF 7 Bachelor’s degree/BTech /Advanced Diploma
    • NQF 8 Postgraduate qualification advantageous

    Knowledge, skills and experience required:

    • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in organizational Effectiveness
    • Minimum of 4 years in Middle Management role
    • Experience in Mining or related environment advantageous
