    Manager, Global Brand Management Shoe Care

    Manager, Global Brand Management Shoe Care 

    Reporting into the Global Executive Director: Home Storage and Shoe Care with dotted line reporting to Sr. Director, GM, Africa Cluster, as a Manager, Marketing Brand Management for Shoe Care you will be responsible for executing on the strategic direction of the KIWI brand including providing brand and product thought leadership and activation. The successful candidate will develop the right initiatives to drive maintain share and volume growth for the ACT region and will coordinate requests/needs with a focus on adopts for the ROW and they will work directly with regional and global partners across many functional areas to identify, lead and execute projects.

    Essential Duties And Responsibilities

    • Set the growth strategy for ACT shoe care to drive net sales, margin, and share results in line with category growth.
    • Partner with R&D to identify opportunistic base acceleration innovation opportunities and execute those projects.
    • Collaborate with agency partners to drive locally relevant activation plans for ACT.
    • Work with various functions including Legal, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and others to shape initiatives that meet both consumer and internal requirements.
    • Establish a monthly cadence of connectivity with ROW regions to communicate plans and opportunities to adopt from ACT.
    • Drive Quarterly connectivity and wiring with global showcasing in market performance, escalating unresolved competing regional priorities and assessing/identifying localization process improvements.

    Required Skills And Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Business or Marketing Management, plus a Post Graduate Qualification in Marketing/ related Fields. MBA Qualification preferable
    • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in FMCG.
    • 3-5 years of marketing experience in consumer goods.
    • Global or multi-regional experience a plus.
    • Strategic mind set, understands the strategic & tactical nature of the business.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects to meet deadlines
    • Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills with strong stakeholder management and cross-functionality experience
    • Ability to work independently and to strict deadlines with a sense of ownership, drive and can-do attitude
