Manager: Grain at OVK - Group

Requirements:

• Appropriate B degree or diploma in Agriculture;
• 5 years management experience;
• 10 years experience in the grain industry will be a recommendation;
• Safex trading certificate will be a recommendation.

Skills:

• Good understanding and knowledge of grain trading and operation of future markets;
• Analyse management statement;
• Good negotiation skills;
• Good computer skills;
• Good analytical accounting insight;
• Business insight;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Good communication skills in both Afrikaans and English;
• Margin management;
• Budget management.

Responsibilities: 

• Strategic management of the OVK grain division;
• Management of finances, customer service, personnel and market share;
• Overall management of grain operation and marketing processes.
