Manager, Integrated Report & Sust Perf at Exxaro Resources

To cross-functionally drive and coordinate the Company’s sustainability objectives.  This includes the custodianship of internal and external sustainability integrated reporting, systems and forums, and supporting internal and external stakeholder engagement.

MAJOR CHALLENGES:

Providing responses to stakeholder needs for transparency of business practices and performance in a manner that protects and promotes the Company’s reputation in line with its values and business strategy.  Liaising with cross-functional departments to ensure consistent reporting standards  Provide assurance of reporting accuracy and sustainability performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•     B Degree (Hons) (Relevant) (Essential/Minimum)
•     Management Development Programme (Essential/Minimum)
•     Master of Business Administration (Recommended/Desirable)

EXPERIENCE:

• 10 years Relevant experience in Corporate Sustainability
• Importance : Essential/Minimum
• Involvement : Operational
