Manager: Internal Communication - People & Culture (Group Functions) at Standard Bank Group

Job Description

• Shape and execute the internal marketing and communication strategy and plans across multiple marketing channels, for the People & Culture portfolio within Standard Bank Group. Partner with People & Culture to plan, scope and deliver impactful internal marketing and communications initiatives, across geographies, in support of the business strategies and objectives.
• Embed the Group Brand and People Initiatives through every marketing and communication activity in order to improve employee engagement and to promote Standard Bank as the employee brand of choice.
• Build and maintain relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders, across business units and geographies, driving collaboration to deliver relevant communication or planned internal marketing objectives.
• Providing communications guidelines and advice to business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication initiatives are realised and leveraged in line with overall company and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate Degree in Communications or Public Relations or a simalar field.

Additional Information

• 5-7 years proven experience in internal communications with strong writing skills, editing, and employee engagement channels experience.
