    Manager, Key Corporate Account Management

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    To develop, grow and retain a portfolio of key Card Acquiring relationships aimed at optimising customer value to Card Pan-Africa and the Bank.  To provide a full array of customised Card Acquiring and payment solutions tailored to meet the corporate Card Acquiring customer’s short- and long-term card acceptance needs.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Business related degree or a post-graduate qualification
    • 3-5 years’ experience as a Key Account Manager dealing with high-value commercial customers.
    • Experience in sales and compliance matters

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    Technical competencies

    • Computer literate (e.g., able to use Excel to capture and analyse financial data; E-cubed)
    • Numerical skills and financial acumen to analyse, evaluate and identify trends in complex consolidated financial statements, balance sheets and ratios
    • Negotiation and conflict management skills
    • Business acumen
    • Quantitative skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Controlling: takes charge, directs, manages, and organises
    • Socially confident/ relationship builder: self-assured, enjoys meeting people, creates a good impression in social situations, is good with words and knows what to say (even when communicating disagreeable information)
