Contributing to business strategy and growth plans
Working with fellow members of management to collectively implement business objectives
Establishing an effective M&C unit including policies, systems, processes and procedures
Overseeing the development and implementation of an annual research
plan encompassing market, competitor, buyer and client data aligned to business development objectives
Based on market research, advising on the expansion or adjustment of Wyzetalk’s product and professional services offerings to increase our competitiveness
Developing a marketing and communications strategy incorporating a brand strategy, brand promise and brand house, thought leadership/eminence themes, a messaging framework, a high-level channel mix, an ambassador relations programme as well as measures of success
Developing and implementing M&C plans for the regions
Ensuring that M&C KPIs and plans are tracked and reported upon
Overseeing the development of content and channel strategies, content plans and content development in order to ensure that all external communications contain a consistent, compelling customer proposition that positions the brand by creating a golden-thread - i.e. through product/ service/solution/advisory – linking all brand building opportunities, collateral and positioning
Driving the optimization of Wyzetalk’s own platforms and collateral to expand their reach and/or impact in conjunction with the Professional Services Creative Services Unit
Overseeing the development of PR/media plans including advising on the optimum media mix
Building media relationships and partnerships to increase Wyzetalk’s media presence
Overseeing the development and implementation of an annual events calendar to drive brand awareness and differentiation including webinars, learning circles, company attendance at 3rd party conferences and awards
Ensuring that all Wyzetalk events are expertly executed
Ensuring that Wyzetalk is well positioned at key third-party events
Overseeing the management of key internal staff events
Overseeing the design of an Ambassador Programme incorporating key surrogates such as clients, sales agents and strategic partners as well as employees
Ensuring that ambassador relationships are effectively managed including the development and management of ambassador recognition and reward frameworks
Overseeing the development and implementation of an internal M&C strategy
Overseeing the design & execution of internal communications campaigns including ensuring that the organisation is aligned to deliver the brand promise by creating and implementing a LIVE the Brand programme
Developing a draft BSC for the M&C unit in conjunction with the Managing Director: Regions
Driving the annual M&C unit planning process in conjunction with the Managing Director: Regions
Developing an annual budget for the M&C unit
Ensuring unit adherence to budget parameters
Driving effective performance management in the M&C unit
Ensuring the sourcing and retention of unit critical skills
Driving improvements in unit culture and staff satisfaction
