Manager (Parts) at TWK Agri

TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Manager (Parts) within the Trade Division at Dundee, KwaZulu-Natal.

 Responsibilities and Duties 

• Manage all the activities and services of the parts department
• Control receiving and check out of stock; monitor and adjust inventory to minimize obsolescence; check inventory counts; order and allocate inventory; check deviations on inventory counts  
• Check, control and manage received notes; control credit notes which must be processed
• Managing profit margins on parts
• Reaching set budget goals and targets 
• General neatness of department and the parts store
• Maintain accurate pricing for all parts
• Control expenses including courier costs              
• Oversee all orders made from parts suppliers      
• Continuously seek customer care and satisfaction

Qualifications and Skills 

• Matric / Grade 12
• Computer literate
• Valid drivers' license
• At least 5 years' experience in agricultural parts sales
• Must be a dynamic and self-motivated individual
• Sound knowledge of parts sales
• Be professional
• Be passionate about sales
• Have customer service expertise
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Sound product knowledge and selling skills
