    Manager, People and Performance Technology and Intelligence

    • Join Exxaro Resources as the Manager, People and Performance Technology and Intelligence based in Centurion, Gauteng. This permanent position offers the unique opportunity to steer our people analytics and technology systems towards achieving business objectives efficiently. With at least 5 years of experience in HR operations and analytics, you will drive the integrity and accuracy of our data, providing actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Your role will involve overseeing compliance with regulatory standards, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and championing innovative technology solutions that reduce costs and enhance performance. Collaborating with Centers of Excellence and business units, you'll ensure seamless integration across systems. Lead and develop a team focused on best practices, while promoting a safe, data-driven work culture.     Minimum Requirements    

    • Bachelor's Degree (Honours) in a relevant field (Essential/Minimum)
    • Management Development Programme (Essential/Minimum)
    • 5 years of experience in HR operations and analytics, with a focus on synthesising large data sets into insights and dashboard design (Essential/Minimum)
    • Strong stakeholder consultation skills for identifying and implementing relevant analytics and technology
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Essential/Minimum)
    • Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum)
    • Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum)
    • Proven ability to manage team performance and adopt new technologies to support business strategies
    • Demonstrated capability in maintaining high data accuracy and supporting strategic decision-making through analytics

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Lead the advancement of people analytics and technology in alignment with business objectives, ensuring integration and efficacy across systems and processes.
    • Collaborate with the Centre of Excellence and various business units to uphold data integrity, crafting insightful reports and dashboards that inform strategic decisions.
    • Oversee compliance with company standards and legal requirements, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and guidelines within People & Performance services.
    • Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, addressing queries and ensuring prompt resolution of customer issues.
    • Foster a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policies and encouraging a culture of safety.
    • Drive the implementation of innovative technology solutions that support the organizational People and Performance agenda, incorporating cost-saving initiatives.
    • Manage, mentor, and develop the technology and analytics team, ensuring the adoption of best practices and the continuous improvement of analytics solutions.
    • Provide leadership in data accuracy and integrity, supporting business operations and strategy through reliable data visualizations and meaningful insights.
    • Promote and facilitate change management processes for the integration of new technologies, supporting the organization's culture and performance journey.
    • Enhance organizational learning in data-driven decision-making by creating resources, tools, and training programs that bolster People and Business programs.
