5 years' experience in billing and collection
Experience in preforming billing and collection functions in property management would be an added advantage
Core Responsibilities:
Oversee, control and coordinate the financial and accounting activities and ensure effective financial management of the activities associated with revenue management, GRAP reporting and billing and collections services.
Manage functional unit within a division that is accountable for the delivery of set objectives within specified time frames and costs.
Ensure revenue enhancement through effective strategic management of internal and external resources capacity.
Develop and maintain strategic operational process relevant to billing and collection.
Oversee the credit business area by setting credit rating criteria, determining credit ceilings and monitor the billing and collection of accounts.
Conduct credit investigations and ensure collection of overdue account.
Ensure compliance to various relevant legislative and other compliance documents associated with the area of specialization.
Contribute to the preparation of monthly and annual budget and financial reports in accordance with statutory and council requirements.
