Job Description

• Stop production lines where product integrity or any deviation is at risk - accountable
• Organising of staff to ensure business support - accountable
• Ordering or critical consumables as per procurement policy - accountable
• Rejection/Approval of raw materials - accountable
• Rejection/Approval of final product - accountable
• Stop factory in case of core problems, for example poor quality water
• Staff management - leave, discipline ect - accountable
• Ensuring that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained
• Reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement, adhoc basis
• Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organisation

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience in process of Food and Beverages (FMCG)
• Computer literacy
• Food Safety, Quality, HACCP, VACCP and TACCP
• GMP and cleaning and sanitation
• Microbiology
• Chemistry
• Supervisory skills
