Job Description
- Stop production lines where product integrity or any deviation is at risk - accountable
- Organising of staff to ensure business support - accountable
- Ordering or critical consumables as per procurement policy - accountable
- Rejection/Approval of raw materials - accountable
- Rejection/Approval of final product - accountable
- Stop factory in case of core problems, for example poor quality water
- Staff management - leave, discipline ect - accountable
- Ensuring that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained
- Reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement, adhoc basis
- Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organisation
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience in process of Food and Beverages (FMCG)
- Computer literacy
- Food Safety, Quality, HACCP, VACCP and TACCP
- GMP and cleaning and sanitation
- Microbiology
- Chemistry
- Supervisory skills
