Review dealer financial and operational performance, using MXSi results as well as NAMSA reports and report to UD Trucks Management.
Collaborate with operational departments and dealers regarding actions to improve dealer performance and oversee implementation.
Provide business management guidance and support to dealers, to improve financial performance, based on network benchmarks.
Manage and oversee dealer Qualitative Requirements and Best audit process, including reporting of results and Dealer of the Year calculations and incentive payouts.

Experience
At least 5 years' experience in a similar position or as a financial manager at a commercial vehicle dealership.
