Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s):

• Grade 12
• B Degree / B Tech / Advance Diploma, National Higher Diploma in Security Management / Policing / Forensic / Correctional Services / Criminal Justice / Law at NQF Level 7 with 360 credits

Experience:

• Five (5) years’ related experience in Supervisory / Management in Security environment

Professional Registration Body:

• Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) – Grade A

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate business / operating units security strategy / operation and customer service plans
• Develop, implement and maintain the business / operating units security performance management plan
• Implement and coordinate the business / operating units security applications and operations, crime prevention, protection of assets, infrastructure, systems and technology
• Manage external security service providers
• Implement and maintain the business / operating units security change management programme
• Manage the relevant internal, external stakeholder committees
• Manage human resources and provide an advisory service
• Coordinate vetting and related contractor screening process
