Core Responsibilities:
Advise on and manage service standards in accordance with agreed customer service standards to promote and enhance service delivery in the region
Ensure that an acceptable level of municipal services are delivered ensuring compilation and maintenance of a complaints database categorising reported service failures not resolved timeously is available for action and reporting to relevant Manager
Ensure the required standard of service is achieved and maintained in the region to ensure compliance to all relevant Acts, legislation, Council policies and related standards
