    We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Talent Enablement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the design and operationalization of our Talent assessment strategy, aligning it with our overarching People and Management Strategy.

    Minimum Requirements    
    Qualifications & Experience:

    •  Masters Industrial Psychology (Essential/Minimum or)
    •  Masters in Organisational Psychology (Essential/Minimum)
    •  Management Development Programme (Essential/Minimum)
    •  Certificate in Coaching (Recommended/Desirable)

    Requirements: 

    •  Reg: Health Profession Council of SA (Essential/Minimum)
    •  Registration: Industrial Psychologist (Essential/Minimum)
    • 8-10 years Relevant Human Resources operations experience with relevant recruitment and selection experience. Registered Industrial Psychologist with experience in Psychometric assessments. Proven experience in talent, team and learning development, or related HR functions, preferably in a senior management role.

    Duties & Responsibilities    
    Ideal Candidate Profile (Includes but not limited to):
    Ability to:

    •  Design and operationalize the Talent assessment strategy in alignment with the overall People and Management Strategy.
    •  Oversee the complete Talent assessment deliverable using the most innovative approaches to incorporate psychometrics in various functions of the business.
    •  Drive the review and implementation of relevant policies and procedures.
    •  Become a strategic business partner and design innovative ways psychometric assessment. data can be incorporated and applied effectively throughout the business. 
    •  Design, implement, and evaluate programs and initiatives aimed at optimizing talent acquisition, development, and retention processes. 
    •  Identify key areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions.
