We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee the operations of our Total garage. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth daily operation of the Total garage, including fuel sales and overall customer experience.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor and control budgets, expenses, and financial performance to meet business targets.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Oversee stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to ensure availability and freshness of products.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.
• Implement marketing strategies and promotions to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a fuel station environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
