Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Experience: 8+ years of experience in a design environment (studio or agency), with at least 3 years leading a team.
Design Mastery: Strong graphic, UI, and interaction design skills, with an impressive portfolio showcasing responsive web design, mobile apps, motion graphics, and branding.
Tools: Proficiency in Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects), and experience with design tools such as InVision, Sketch, or Figma.
Hands-On Approach: Proven ability to jump into the design process to resolve visual and interaction challenges, driving projects forward with innovative, real-time solutions.
Communication: Excellent ability to articulate design concepts to both the team and stakeholders, offering clear, actionable feedback.
Creative Problem Solver: A deep understanding of user-centered design, visual hierarchy, and interaction principles.
Strategic Vision: Ability to connect the dots between business objectives and design goals, balancing creativity with commercial insight.
Collaboration: Comfortable working across different disciplines and geographies, with experience managing stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
