Overview

Are you passionate about improving the customer experience? Can you prove your ability to interpret customer data to provide actionable solutions?

• The Customer Insights Team performs a key role in interpretting complex information and analytics in a way that generates insights for client in their business.
• The Customer Insights Team produces these insight in a way that is simple, actionable and effective to external clients and recommends ways for clients to make better decisions for both their business and their customers

Role

Duties Include
The Senior Insights Consultant is to manage and deliver large scale client solutions based on actionable customer insights that grow and enhance the clients business. They are expected to independently manage and play a lead role in medium to large scale trading and marketing initiatives.

• Designing, managing and strategically directing initiatives from proposal to final delivery and recommendations using 5one methodologies and bespoke analysis
• Analysing and interpreting complex data sets and pulling out clear and actionable insights and recommendations for delivery to the client
• Building and managing relationships with client senior leadership teams

Essential knowledge, skills and experience:

• You demonstrate strong presentational skills and a forward thinking approach
• You have extensive experience in delivering effective insight gained by translating information
• You have demonstrable good working knowledge of understanding and interpreting analytical data output in excel format
• You have proven experience in managing client relationships on a project basis from start to end
• You have strong project management skills ensuring timely delivery and communicated milestones

Desirable Or Additional Capabilities

• Consultancy background and the ability to ‘package’ information in a clear strategic direction
• Knowledge of the retail sector and/or use of customer insights in this area
