Key Responsibilities
Develop Business with Chinese Enterprises in Southern Africa district

• Develop relationships and drive business with Chinese enterprises in South Africa, extending beyond current Safety SA portfolios.

Joint Development of New Business Lines

• Collaborate with Safety SA teams to identify and drive development of new services and strategic projects.

Coordinate CTI Group Resources & Support Local Capability Building

• Coordinate CTI HQ and BU resources to support project execution and help BUs build local capabilities in Southern Africa district.

Develop Strategic & Institutional Partnerships

• Establish strategic partnerships with Chinese chambers, government bodies, associations, and key clients.

Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights

• Monitor market trends and provide analysis to support regional strategy.

KPIs include:

• New client acquisition.
• New revenue.
• Success of business development with Chinese enterprises.
• Effectiveness of new business launches.
• Relevant BU capability establishment progress.
• Quality of market intelligence.

 Requirements

• Must be fluent in Mandarin.
• Sales or Business Development experience within the mining sector.
• Understanding of SHEQ / HSE Management systems.
• ESG experience advantageous.
