    Manufacturing Manager

    Role Purpose:

    This leader will specifically take on the full end to end manufacturing process. This will entail:

    • Material sourcing
    • All planning
    • Manufacturing management and full oversight of our full studio: Cutters/ Sewers / stock control / planning.
    • Oversight on any CMT outsourced partners we may contract for excess load.
    • Total output and KPI management relative to output benchmarks and targets.
    • Refinement of manufacturing system to optimize efficiencies
