Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Buyer to join our team in Cape Town, Epping area. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing stock from various markets and retailers, managing inventory and ensuring timely order fulfillment

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Market runs: Visit the market from Monday to Saturday at 2:30 A.M to source stock.
• Stock Sourcing: Procure stock from picker and other consumer goods stores
• Inventory Management: Oversee stock shortages, special customer requests, manage fridge inventory, ensuring stock rotation
• Warehouse Operations: Assist dispatch with order preparation, receive stock sheets from stock controller, and place orders with suppliers
• Order fulfillment: Place orders for Johannesburg and flight deliveries, ensuring timely delivery

Salary Package:

• R20 000 - R35 000 P.M
