    Marketing Campaign Co Ordinator

    Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between partner brands and Flash Group, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the campaign process.
    • Execute marketing strategies and plans in line with client objectives, focusing on the creation and implementation of impactful campaigns.
    • Brief in creative campaigns, working closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and brand guidelines.
    • Successfully project manage marketing campaigns from concept to completion, overseeing the production, distribution and installation of campaign materials. 
    • Obtain approvals for artwork, creation, production, and distribution of campaign materials, ensuring compliance with client expectations and brand standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of campaigns, monitoring progress and addressing any issues or challenges that arise.
    • Conduct regular reporting and provide feedback on campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelors’ degree with good results (preferably with focus on Marketing, or Project Management)
    • Minimum of 3+ years Account Management experience (preferably agency experience) required
    • Strong project management skills
    • High analytical thinking abilities and initiative
    • Flexibility and team orientation
    • The complexities and demands of working with many diverse markets require strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in using Asana
    • Fintech familiarity a bonus
    • Creative and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of marketing passion & B2B brands
