    Application Development Manager | Bellville, Western Cape

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop components of the CRM platform, as well as the client facing portals, Apple/Android apps in conjunction with our external software development partner.
    • Work within a C# microservices architecture while transforming the current software stack.
    • Research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the production life cycle
    • Produce clean, well-documented, efficient, and standards-compliant code with an eye towards performance optimization.
    • Write secure code and exercise good judgment in handling sensitive data.
    • Industrialize solutions with DEVOPS.
    • Provide input for the other developers, BAs and Testers, as well as maintain an excellent working relationship with our external software development partner.
    • Utilize modern coding practices, comfortable to propose and implement improvements to current processes.
    • Display a customer service approach to the users (Advisers and internal business) of the CRM platform.
    • Along with the BAs, assess and validate development requirements received from stakeholders before submitting for development.
    • Closely working with business ( pre-development ) and testing ( post-development ) to ensure requirements are delivered in an expected format.

     Minimum requirements:

    • A relevant tertiary qualification, preferably a degree or honors in computer science
    • Extensive experience in related roles in the financial services industry
    • Experience in CRM and client portal solutions
    • Agile / Scrum experience
    • Expert C# development experience
    • Expert understanding of the software development process
    • Good negotiation ability
    • Knowledge of wealth management and adviser value proposition requirements
    • Ability to effectively translate business requirements in technology terminology
    • Ability to explain technical issues back to business for decision making

     Recommended requirements:

    Responsibilities:

    • Defining the methodologies, techniques, and tools that Business Analysts (BAs) should use to gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
    • Establish a set of standards and best practices for performing business analysis.
    • Facilitating workshops, collecting, and documenting business requirements
    • Analyse data, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement or optimization.
    • Encouraging collaboration and effective communication among BAs, other departments, stakeholders, and project teams. This can include regular meetings, knowledge sharing.
    • Providing templates and guidelines for documenting requirements, process flows, use cases, and other relevant business analysis artifacts.
    • Ensuring that business analysis activities align with project management processes and timelines, helping to define and prioritize requirements for projects.

     Minimum Requirements:

    Healthcare Manager | Cape Town, Western Cape

    Responsibilities:

    Strategic client management:

    • Produce and implement strategic annual plans per client
    • Produce and implement communication strategies per client
    • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients at both senior and administrative levels

    Head: Group Risk | Waterfall, Midrand, Gauteng

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Design, implement and improve risk management strategies and processes within PSG.
    • Plan, execute and manage risk analysis and assessments, both financial and operational, against set parameters.
