Healthcare Manager | Cape Town, Western Cape at PSG Konsult Ltd

Responsibilities:

Strategic client management:

• Produce and implement strategic annual plans per client
• Produce and implement communication strategies per client
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients at both senior and administrative levels
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with client wellness committees
• Ensure compliance with client service level agreements
• Produce and implement annual year-end plans per client
• Manage the query process per client
• Identify cross-sell opportunities among existing clients
• Identify new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships between PSG and providers

 Operations client management:

• Ensure that the operational requirements for each client are met (e.g. on-site visits, inductions, payroll workshops)
• Manage the daily operational services provided by PSG to the client
• Produce and implement a monthly communication per client
• Manage the year-end operational process

 Staff and office management:

• Supervise staff and HR related issues including, but not limited to, timekeeping and leave control
• Identify and implement plans for staff training and development needs
• Manage Health and Safety requirements
• Ensure optimal utilisation of staff resources

 Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum NQF5 in Wealth Management
• Completed RE5 qualification
• 10 years relevant work experience with an excellent understanding of insurance and medical industry
• 3 years management experience
• Excellent knowledge of relevant legislations
• Computer literacy (MS Office – advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint)
• Overnight travel is a requirement
