Marketing Communications Specialist at Benguela Cove

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing competitive research
• Set annual marketing strategy and report on performance quarterly
• Update and maintain the website(s)
• Create, manage and report on Content Creation strategy, in line with Business Goals
• Create, manage and report on Social Media Content Strategies
• Copy writing (newsletters, webpages, blogs, etc.)
• Update and manage listing sites (online and print)
• Email marketing
• Collaborate with SEO and Design Teams
• Contribute to our strong teamwork culture
• Be able to work across a range of different projects
• Follow our brand’s corporate identity consistently

Qualifications/Skills:

• Wine / hospitality industry experience a plus (not essential)
• Cope under extreme pressure
• Good organisational skills and time management – work under strict deadlines
• Detail orientated
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Google Analytics Certification
• Proven track record in social media management (paid and organic)
• Experience with Squarespace / WordPress / similar

Requirements:

• Marketing Qualification (BA / Diploma / Certificate)
• 3 Years' experience in the digital marketing industry
• 1 Year minimum experience managing social media
• Facebook / Social Media Qualifications / Certifications a plus
