    Marketing Content Creator

    What you'll be doing with us

    • Lead the creative development of content (write, edit, produce) for digital and traditional channels
    • Propose/pitch content that meets marketing objectives of high-impact integrated marketing campaigns, and construct briefs to convey thinking and define measures of success
    • Act as a brand ambassador for both the FourthRev brand and our partner brands, championing brand guidelines at all times
    • Manage relationships with outsourced providers or agencies, and quality control their outputs according to brand guidelines and best practice copywriting standards.
    • Work to SEO optimise all on-site and blog content
    • Interpret briefs from the team, gather creative insights and guide the development of an on-brand creative vision with storytelling, design and clever advertising in mind
    • Keep up-to-date with current trends in the online education and marketing industry; competitors; and understand target market/persona needs
    • Hold your own when presenting work, initiatives and leading projects to ensure our creative bar is consistently elevated
    • Define KPIs for content campaigns and report on content performance
    • Build world-class original, engaging, and professional content production practices and guidelines
    • Create and manage a content calendar and plan
    • Help set the overall creative direction for marketing content, and advocate for new formats and creative opportunities, challenge what’s been done before and explore new possibilities.
    • Report to the Head of Marketing, the broader team, internal designers, video producers as well as media partners.

    What you'll need to join us

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Project management skills
    • Marketing / Branding qualification or similar preferred
    • 3 - 5 Years' Experience in a Similar Role

    The tools you will be comfortable using are:

    • HubSpot
    • Google GSuite – Docs, Sheets, Slides (Microsoft Office)
    • Landing pages
    • Google, LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook Ads (Creative)
    • Google Analytics
    • Social Media platforms and schedulers
