    Marketing, Contracts and Service Coordinator

    Job Duties:

    • Finalizing and loading of all customer contracts on Panoply and SalesForce.
    • Ensuring all Invoicing of Contracts have been done.
    • Ensuring all future services for contracts have been logged and assigned.
    • Ensuring that parts and consumables are ordered and delivered as per contract specifications.
    • Updating of all contracts in due time in order to ensure continuous customer support.
    • Ensuring all contract related information are up to date on relevant systems in order for customer service coordinators to assist customers.
    • Compiling of tenders for the Aftermarket division and assist with service tender quotations.
    • Updating and renewing any service contracts up for renewal.
    • Assist FSE team on all Managing all contracts and details therein.
    • Ordering and controlling all Aftermarket marketing material.
    • Assist in compiling all relevant marketing information, flyers, e-mail banners etc. for the Aftermarket division.
    • Anything else management requires.
