Develop competitive brand and model communication strategies in line with the global brand templates.
Produce compelling media plans, execute tactical strategies with the allocated expenditure to drive performance KPI’s.
As a key focus, drive a comprehensive lead generation program to support the dealer network in obtaining quality convertible leads.
Lead a young and skilled marketing team in the execution of all aspects of the marketing function.
Form a vibrant part of an executive team that collaborates in determining pricing, quarterly retail campaigns, talent development, P&L Management as well overall organisational leadership.
Build mutually beneficial relationships with the global brand teams in Seoul, as well as the regional brand teams in Dubai.
Understand and execute relevant customer segmentation and targeting across Hyundai’s wide model range.
Qualifications
A minimum of Minimum of 10 years’ experience working with brands, preferably global brands.
A bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or business equivalent.
A tertiary business qualification, a master’s would be an advantage.
