Marketing graduate (French speaking) at Fraser Alexander (Pty) Ltd.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execution of Marketing and Communication Strategy;

• Build a database of potential clients.
• Design a matrix for evaluating their requirements and Fraser Alexander’s actual product base.
• Streamlining of sales and marketing processes.
• Identify opportunities within the mining industry and other business sectors where Fraser Alexander technology can be impactful.
• Support the Fraser Alexander Franchising project.
• Assist in conducting effective marketing campaigns to support the achievement of the strategic objectives.
• Be proactive in suggesting new campaign ideas, targeting and optimisation efforts to achieve business goals.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting on the strategy implementation progress.

Manage Communications:

• Assist in planning, organising and disseminating timely and accurate corporate communication.
• Assist in creating awareness of Fraser Alexander’s values, operations, services, projects, events and issues to key audiences as identified in the communications plans.
• Assist in creating the look and feel of all marketing material (capability statements, newsletters, brochures and banners, value displays, presentation templates, letterheads and business cards etc.).
• Assist with translating a variety of marketing materials from English to French and vice versa.

Brand Management:

• Assist with communicating the brand identity to the business and the market.
• Assist with promoting and monitoring the brand’s identity.

Events Management:

• Assist in planning, executing and reporting on all internal and external Fraser Alexander events.

Social Media Management:

• Assist in implementing the social media plan.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting on the social media presence in the market.

General Administration:

• Assist with the Long Service Awards process.
• Assist with the correct ordering, storage, stock taking and distribution of marketing materials.
• Perform administration of any Marketing and Communications initiatives.
• Assist with communicating events plans to the relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing or relevant equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:

• 1 year working experience will be advantageous.

SKILLS, QUALITIES AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Valid Driver's License
• Medically fit as per company standards.
• Proficiency in French
• Must be deadline drive and detail-orientate
