POSITION SUMMARY:   

The Revlon Marketing Graduate development programme provides an introduction to a consumer driven marketing environment within a global commercial business. Develop functional and cross functional capabilities through on the job training and interaction with various departments in the organization. Participate in marketing projects, product development, digital marketing and brand development. Exposure to global markets and best practices.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

•  3 year Degree, preferably Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing, BA Marketing or related degree.
•  Grade 12
•  Post graduate qualification in Project Management, Marketing, Communications or Business
•  1 year of experience is advantageous

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: 

• Computer literate i.e. All MS Office packages including MS Projects Intermediate excel a must, advanced excel advantageous. Intermediate Visio and PPT advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal Skills.
• Applicant must be a self-starter, and must be action oriented and target driven
• Ability to problem solves and thinks analytically, problem solving skills and facilitating problem-solving / project planning sessions.
• Ambitious and confident, good team player with the ability to work under pressure
