Summary Of Internship

• Internship positions provide an opportunity for business, science or marketing students to get hands on experience in a marketing environment.
• The MEA Marketing Intern will join a team of passionate colleagues focused on providing highly effective marketing that inspires and delights our customers. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting and crafting marketing materials and communications that speak to our biotech customers along with sales enablement content that engages our commercial teams.
• Our roadmap focuses on telling one unified message to customers in this space, to help them move from research to production, as they look to develop lifesaving drugs and therapies. This role will support the delivery of one story to this highly important customer segment by working collaboratively with various regional marketing managers across multiple divisions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analyze trends to find opportunities.
• Assist in marketing campaigns, including content creation and digital marketing.
• Support event coordination for trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
• Manage social media, schedule posts, and track engagement.
• Maintain marketing databases and assist in performance reporting.
• Collaborate with the team and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Completed qualifications in marketing, business or science bachelor's degree
• Students are required to be available for a 12-month internship
• Strong desire and motivation to develop a career in Marketing
• No previous experience required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to learn, be mentored, and improve
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
• Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Experience with handling data is a plus
• Accuracy and attention to detail are required in performing all functions of this position.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
