Marketing Manager

Do you have 3+ years experience as a marketing manager? Do you have marketing experience within the legal or human resources industry? Then we have the opportunity for you! Our client, an international firm, is looking to hire a self-driven and passionate Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team in Cape Town, South Africa.  In this role you will be responsible for helping the company in developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing their digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, supported by their in-house marketing team.

The ideal candidate for this role will have past marketing management experience working with corporate companies, any past experience within legal or human resources companies is preferred.

Requirements:

You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

• Degree in Marketing Management or related field 
• Previous experience in legal and/or recruitment marketing advantageous 
• At least 3 years' work experience in Marketing Manager
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• CRM management experience is essential 
• Experience in Paid Media (e.g. Google Ads, Instagram Ads and LinkedIn campaign Manager)
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools 
• Knowledge of Marketing trends combined with outstanding creativity 
• Ability to create Marketing concepts and implement strategies

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media and display advertising 
• Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs, developing field sales action plans
• Identifies marketing opportunities and trends by identifying consumer requirements, defining market of Black Pen 
• Responsible for executing Paid Media strategy including Google Ads, Instagram Ads as well as LinkedIn campaign Manager
• Improves service marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities
• Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
