    Senior Service Desk Analyst – CPT

    Position Overview

    • The Senior Service Desk Analyst delivers first-line remote technical support and triage across diverse client environments.
    • The role is responsible for resolving user incidents, fulfilling service requests, maintaining strict SLA compliance, and mentoring junior team members.

    Key Responsibilities

    • First-Line Support & Triage: Deliver remote support via phone, email, live chat, and portal; log, triage, and manage incidents and service requests within the ITSM system.

    Senior Inbound Consultant

    PURPOSE OF POSITION

    • Consult and advise clients on product and services in Southern Africa and suggest suitable itineraries to meet client expectations. Liaise with agents with clear, prompt and courteous communication. Sell profitably and manage itinerary logistics accurately, focusing on attention to detail and adherence to company procedures and supplier terms and conditions.

    DUTIES:

    IT Support Network Administrator – Durban

    • Our well-established client, within the Shipping / Logistics sector in Durban is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated IT Engineer / Network Administrator to join their team.

    IT Environment

    • The company uses Windows PCs and Servers; the Servers are hosted in an on-premises VMWare environment in Cape Town.  
    • An on-premises Microsoft SQL Server supports our developed and packaged solutions and the offices in Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg are connected with an SDWan.  
    • The company is currently migrating from desktop Office 2016 software to Microsoft 365 and from an on-premises Exchange server to Exchange Online. The aim is to move all on-premises applications and infrastructure into the cloud within the next 24 months.  
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in managing all IT infrastructure at the Durban Facility.  This will include:
    • Setting up and administering Windows PCs and Android hand-held devices for the line-of-business system
    • Managing and maintaining the Durban facility’s network infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems
