    Marketing Manager (FTC)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Visionary: Develop and execute a winning business strategy tailored to the unique needs of the luxury beauty market. Identify growth opportunities, analyze competitor activity, and position our brands for maximum impact and desirability.
    • Team Empowerment, leadership and coaching: Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and exceeding targets within a dynamic and demanding environment.
    • Retail Partnership Maestro: Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key retailers, beauty advisors, and influencers. Become a trusted partner, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service to drive brand loyalty, engagement, and exceptional sales results.
    • Data-Driven Decision Maker: Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and generate insightful reports that inform strategic decisions and optimize business performance. Stay ahead of the curve by identifying luxury market trends and anticipating evolving customer desires.
    • Seamless Collaborator: Partner effectively within your marketing teams, and operations teams to ensure alignment between business initiatives and overall brand strategy. Deliver a unified and impactful brand experience to our retail partners and their discerning clientele.

    Professional & Technical Competencies Required:

    • Luxury Beauty Expertise: 3+ years of proven success leading and managing a team within the luxury beauty industry. A deep understanding of retail dynamics, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape is essential.
    • Strategic Acumen: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and adapt your business approach to capitalize on opportunities within the dynamic luxury market.
    • Influence & Negotiation Prowess: You are a master communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills. You build rapport easily, influence stakeholders effectively, and negotiate agreements with confidence.
    • Results-Driven Mentality: You are passionate about exceeding sales targets and driven by the pursuit of ambitious goals. You inspire your team to achieve peak performance and celebrate success collectively.
    • Coaching & Development Excellence: You are a natural leader who empowers others to grow and succeed. You excel at coaching, mentoring, and developing your team members to reach their full potential.

    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or a related field is required.
    • A proven track record of partnering with exceeding sales targets and managing a high-performing team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment is essential.
    • Knowledge of the luxury beauty market, including key players, trends, and customer segments.
