    Senior Brand Manager

    The role is responsible to support the Head of Combustibles in the development of the Portfolio Strategy for the key markets to

    drive growth within Combustible and deliver against Brand health, volume, share and profitability. In collaboration with the

    global team, the role influences and embeds consumer insight into the development and adaption of relevant brand plans.

    ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Responsible for the development of brand strategy for the markets with clear portfolio priorities
    • Develop the operational brand plans across the area.
    • Define local relevant marketing campaigns and mix elements including pack and product specifications.
    • In line with consumer segments, ensuring that plans are developed and or adapted in adherence to brand 
    • Accountable for the introduction of new launches, line extensions, pack / product formats and innovations
    • Initiate activation plans in line with brand weaknesses/strengths 
    • Participate in the development of sales forecast for assigned brand.
    • Initiate, manage, evaluate results, and provide recommendations on research projects based on brand requirements and consumer feedback.
    • Understand consumer segments and their choice drivers, the brand health indicators and performance dynamics

    EXPERIENCE,SKILLS,KNOWLEDGE

    • 3 year Marketing degree / diploma in Marketing or business discipline
    • 8+experience in leading CPGcompany(Brand marketing)
    • 2+yearsBrand Marketing experience essentia linternally with above marke texperience(regional/global experience)as

    strong advantage

    • In depth understanding of Consumer insights, strategy and planning
    • Broad overall business awareness and understanding of inter-relationship between functions
    • Strong people leadership capabilities to effectively lead, develop and manage large and diverse teams.
    • Excellent communication, storytelling and influencing skills
