    Area Sales Manager KZN

    A Day in the Life: 

    • Achieve & Exceed Targets: Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for the LDB Skin C portfolio within your designated territory.
    • New Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within your area, expanding our customer base and market share within the dermocosmetic market.

    Hair Development Formulation Intern

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Formulation Development: Assist in the development and optimization of new hair care formulations, focusing on performance, stability, and sensory attributes.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all formulations adhere to relevant regional and international regulatory requirements for cosmetic products. This includes staying up-to-date with the latest legislation and guidelines.
    • Safety Testing & Evaluation: Support the safety assessment of hair care formulations by coordinating and reviewing safety test results and contributing to safety dossiers.
    • Raw Material Assessment: Evaluate and select new raw materials, ensuring they meet L'Oréal's quality and safety standards, as well as regulatory requirements.

    • Proven Hairdressing Expertise: Strong technical skills and experience as a licensed hairstylist, with a deep understanding of color, cut, styling, and product application.

    • Strong Business Acumen: Understanding of salon operations, retail sales strategies, and the ability to translate product knowledge into business results.

    Minimum Experience required and not limited to:

    • Full technical experience in hairdressing at tertiary level. 
    • Existing relationships within the salon, retail, business and distribution segment 
    • Fully computer literate in MS Office 
    • Digital presence on all social media platforms within the hairdressing sector
