    Marketing Manager - JHB

    Job Summary

    We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who will drive sustainable, profitable growth across 3 businesses by bringing value chain expertise, capturing customer solution needs, building compelling value propositions for our solutions and taking ownership of the leads funnel to bring business results.

    What you will do

    As a Marketing Manager you will:

    • Analyze and understand market landscape and value chain:
      Bring Consumer, Customer, Market and Channel insights to drive growth for our customers.
      Share knowledge on local value chain insights, competitive insights and outcome of local market research with Business Insights & Analytics team.
      Support the local execution of market research.
    • Participate in Market Growth Roadmap & market plan discussions sharing category & consumer data and insights & support Market Plan execution
    • Drive customer engagement and growth
    • Support allocated customers (based on needs/ opportunities) by defining the right marketing solutions, drive innovation and strategic alignement between key stakeholders and customers
    • Drive B2B marketing to promote our products and solutions & lead management
    • Manage promotional investments and other marketing tools 
    • Ensure portfolio strategy aligns with market growth plan
    • Support prioritizations and execution of Tetra Pak Institutional campaigns
    • Define and execute a local digital marketing strategy and secure our external digital infrastructure enables business success
    • Collaborate with GIM and Sales Management to ensure that all associated technology and platforms are aligned with Tetra Pak’s guidelines and ambition

    We believe you have

    • Minimum 5-7 years experience in B2B and B2C marketing environment
    • Hold a university degree in marketing, business or equivalent. MBA a bonus
    • Strong analytical and strategic skills with high personal drive and results oriented
    • Consumer. Category and channel knowledge
    • Strong commercial and financial acumen
    • Digital marketing experience
    • Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Good leadership and influencing skills
