Marketing Manager at Mowana Properties

• Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
• Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
• Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
• Be the driving force behind the Public Relations function within the organisation, ensuring capitalisation on every media opportunity
• Be responsible for competitor analysis
• Manage the allocated marketing budget and deliver work within the given budget
• Track performance of all marketing campaigns
• Monitor high exhibitor, event and promotional standards
• Prepare and present required reports
• Market research & intelligence - ensure that the business is kept up to date with trends, competitor and market activity
• Develop strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and all social media platforms

Required Knowledge

• Have a clear and thorough knowledge of marketing principles
• Understand and have experience in dealing with related fields – advertising, PR, online, social media, media in general
• Have knowledge of and practical experience in putting events/ promotions together and the execution thereof

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years' experience in marketing
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
