Marketing Production Coordinator at Pepkor Speciality

Job Description    

• We are looking to employ an energetic and creative Marketing Production Coordinator at Refinery, a division of Pepkor Speciality. The Marketing Production Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the Refinery marketing campaigns are successfully implemented, from concept right through to production. They will be responsible for the tracking, costing and execution of all production and coordinating the marketing retail process. The role will also be responsible for managing the  photography process for digital platforms including the online store.

Qualifications    

• Senior Certificate/Diploma in Marketing/ Diploma in Retail Related Course 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience    

• 4-6 years experience as a coordinator/assistant in any marketing related field in a retail environment
• Previous experience working with budgets and expense management
• Previous experience in marketing coordination/production
• Photography & Studio experience highly  advantageous
• Proficiency in the latest G-Suite Packages especially Google Sheets or Excel.
• Excellent (verbal and written) in English, and ability to converse in a second official language would be an advantage. 

Key Responsibilities    

• Manage the marketing department’s  critical path to ensure deadlines are met.
• Managing the production timeline of all marketing campaigns.
• Liaise with the Buying teams and create a Comprehensive process for sample handovers.
• Attending all marketing campaign shoots to ensure all clothing styles are photographed in the correct manner.
• Ensure that all campaigns are competitively priced and in accordance to budget. 
• General marketing related administrative duties for the brand such as invoicing, budget tracking, dealing with suppliers.
