Marketing Specialist at Mayfly Agri (Pty) Ltd

• A well-established world leader in agricultural mechanisation and a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of high end implements is seeking the above for developing and managing marketing campaigns, including CRM, social media, digital marketing, event planning, and promotional material design, while ensuring brand consistency and collaboration with dealer networks.

Minimum requirements for the role:

• Must have a tertiary qualification in Marketing or related
• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in Marketing
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset with a good understanding of the agriculture market (experience in the agriculture industry is highly advantageous)
• Ability to stay up to date with the latest marketing trends
• Must have an understanding of corporate identity
• Proactive and able to take initiative in driving marketing campaigns
• Experience with CRM systems is essential
• Must have knowledge of WordPress
• Fluent in Afrikaans (written and spoken)

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Creating and managing CRM campaigns.
• Handling social media and digital marketing.
• Designing promotional materials using Photoshop.
• Planning and managing events.
• Reporting on social media, websites, Google AdWords, and Mailchimp, while analyzing performance.
• Strategizing with area sales management to plan sales campaigns.
• Ordering and designing merchandise.
• Performing general administrative duties.
• Managing product materials, including brochures and a digital library of photos and videos.
• Updating the website using WordPress.
• Working with dealer network marketing staff to ensure collaboration and adherence to corporate identity and advertising guidelines.
• Communicating with dealers via WhatsApp and email.
