    Creditors Clerk - 6 month Contract

    • A fast-paced and entrepreneurial chemical distributor is seeking the above for processing and verifying invoices, preparing payment runs, reconciling creditor statements, and maintaining an accurate creditors ledger while supporting month-end closing. This position is a 6-month contract.

    Minimum requirements for the role:

    • Must have Matric
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounts payable or financial administration position

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Processing invoices, ensuring accuracy and obtaining proper authorization.
    • Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving discrepancies.
    • Preparing and processing payment runs (EFTs, cheques, etc.).
    • Reconciling creditor statements to ensure all payments are being accounted for.
    • Communicating with suppliers regarding outstanding invoices and payment queries.
    • Maintaining an up-to-date creditors ledger.
    • Assisting in month-end closing by providing necessary reports and reconciliations.

    • A full-service law firm offering legal advice to UK and international businesses as well as individuals and families is seeking an Onboarding Admin Assistant to be responsible for client onboarding, file management, compliance checks, and administrative support while ensuring efficient communication and adherence to internal and external regulations.

    Minimum requirements for the role:

    • Must have Grade 12, a relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous
    • Solid administrative experience, preferably within a law firm environment
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent telephone etiquette with a clear, friendly, and professional communication style

    • Communicating with clients via email and telephone, including answering calls from clients and transferring them to the relevant fee earner and support staff where required.
    • Conducting anti-money laundering checks.
    • Undertaking visual identification verification checks.
    • Adhering to internal and external compliance requirements.
    • Maintaining accurate records and performing data entry on internal and external systems.
    • Liaising with external providers such as the Land Registry on matters where required.
    • Identifying and suggesting areas for improvement, such as efficiencies to be made to existing processes.
    • Providing administrative support to the Department where required.

    Safety Engineering Manager GCC

    • A well-established beverage manufacturer is seeking an experienced Safety and Environmental Manager to provide the plant with a comprehensive environment and occupational health and safety system, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and practices.

    Minimum requirements for the role:

    • Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering
    • Must possess a tertiary qualification in Safety and Environment Management as well as Auditing
    • Must hold a Government Certificate of Competence or equivalent certification for responsible safety and environment personnel
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a FMCG environment with experience in safety and environmental management

    • Performing loss and waste analysis on incidents, developing action plans for priority issues.
    • Conducting OPR (Operational Performance Review) sessions to identify development needs.
    • Ensuring a positive industrial relations climate.
    • Managing a technical talent pipeline for safety and environment roles within the team.
    • Leading the implementation of the Behavioral Safety Program across all levels.
    • Organizing safety and environmental awareness events, including World Safety and Environment Day/Week.
    • Ensuring mandatory safety and environment training for all employees, contractors, and service providers.
    • Overseeing small-scale safety and environment site capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects.
