    Marketing Trainee

    Description

    Deliverables

    Specific Tasks and Outcomes

    Marketing Coordination

    • Providing general administrative support to the marketing team including composing, designing, creating, and typing letters, memos, presentations, and spreadsheets utilizing Word, Excel.
    • Monitoring, tracking, analysing, and reporting on all talent positioning initiatives, digital projects, and key marketing campaign launches.
    • Consolidating regular reporting across portfolios.
    • Coordinating and assisting creation of marketing materials.
    • Taking minutes at all portfolios related meetings and engagements.
    • Assisting marketing teams in compiling weekly, monthly, quarterly reports.
    • Assisting with departmental graphic design requirements.
    • Studying design briefs and determine requirements.
    • Conceptualising visuals based on requirements.
    • Preparing rough drafts and present ideas.
    • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software.

    Digital & Social Media Support

    • Compelling social media plans and campaigns.
    • Researching and monitoring campaign trends.
    • Content creating for social media platforms and websites.
    • Compiling, consolidating, formatting and summarising information.

    Key Performance Indicator 1

    Requirements

    • A National Diploma in Marketing and/or Digital Marketing
    • A minimum of 1 years experience in Marketing/ Digital Marketing and/ Social Media
