• Relevant BCom degree
• 3+ years operations and stakeholder management experience

• Create and maintain relationships with clients, internal and external stakeholders

• Develop the team and provide an environment for them to reach their potential
• Gain a clear understanding of system flows, architecture, and markets to identify and resolve process breakdowns, exceptions and trouble shooting
• Accountability of all exceptions and queries to resolution, escalating to relevant stakeholder(s) when necessary and in line with applicable escalation policies.
• Proactive identification and management of operational risk
• Continuously review and improve processes
• Ensure month end processes and reporting are completed effectively
• Co-ordinate internal and external audits
• Lead and facilitate difficult conflict situations into consensual agreements
• Help drive projects/initiatives within the team and hold team members accountable
